Dim Sum Morning with Grandma!

This morning, we went out for dim sum with my grandma. Grandpa didn’t join us because he said the food wasn’t fresh since it was pre-cooked. But we decided to give it a try, and it was actually really good! 🥢

We had all the classic dim sum dishes, like siu mai (pork dumplings), har gow (shrimp dumplings), steamed buns, and rice rolls. Everything tasted super yummy! It was such a nice morning enjoying dim sum and spending time with family. I can’t wait to go again! 😄

Saturday Night at Grandma’s: Teochew Braised Duck, Wagyu Beef, and Soup!

This Saturday night, we went to my grandma’s house for dinner, and it was such a feast! She made her super delicious Teochew Braised Duck (潮州卤鸭). The duck was so tender, and the sauce was rich and full of flavor—one of her best dishes ever! 🦆

We also had Wagyu beef sticks, which were so juicy and tasty, and a warm, comforting bowl of soup that made everything even better. We all ate together—grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, my younger brother, and me. Even my brother, who’s usually super picky, enjoyed the meal!

It was such a lovely night, eating amazing food and spending time with family. I hope we can have another dinner like this soon! 😄

Saturday Lunch at Home: Ho Fun and Fries!

We had a family meal at home with my mom, grandma (mom’s mom), grandpa (mom’s dad), my dad, and my younger brother. We got Ho Fun—those super yummy rice noodles with beef. It’s one of my favorite dishes! The noodles were soft and chewy, and the beef was so tasty. We ordered it as takeaway and enjoyed it all together at home. 🍜

My younger brother isn’t a fan of noodles or beef, but he absolutely loves McDonald’s! So, we got him fries and a burger. He was so happy eating his favorite food while we enjoyed the Ho Fun. It was such a nice and relaxing lunch with the whole family! 😄

Thursday Night in Shenzhen: Chaoshan Hotpot, a Haircut, and a Surprise!

On Thursday, I went to my dad’s office and waited for him to finish work. After he got off, we left together, and he drove me to Shenzhen. It was really fun spending time with him! 🚗

Before we left, he gave me an old MacBook from his office. He said I might need it in the future, and I was so happy and surprised! 💻 After that, we went for Chaoshan hotpot. The beef was super tasty, and the soup was amazing too. We cooked everything fresh, like beef slices and veggies, right at the table. 🍲

After dinner, we stopped for a haircut. The barber was really quick, and my hair looked great afterward. It was such a fun night—great food, a fresh haircut, and even a MacBook! 😄

Good day

What’s a good day of Dublin !

The wilderness stretches endlessly, raw and untamed. Mountains stand as ancient sentinels under vast skies. Here, nature’s voice echoes—free, powerful, and eternal. A realm where earth meets heaven.
